What is Cerebro Accounting (CA)?

CA is a cloud-based accounting analytics software that helps business owners perform the following functions:

  • Customer management
  • Vendor management
  • Inventory management
  • Multiple currency management
  • Gain 360-degree insights into your business to guide decisioning
  • More than 40 types of reports including Trial Balance, Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet, Debtors Aging report, etc.
  • Accounting analytics including profitability, solvency and liquidity analysis, etc. With these features, you will have more time to focus on more critical areas of your business

What is the monthly subscription fee?

  • CA Standard is MYR70/USD16/SGD23 per month per business for up to 3 users
  • CA Advance is MYR98/USD22/SGD33 per month per business for up to 3 users
  • If you have more than 3 users, an additional monthly surcharge of MYR55/USD13/SGD18 per user will apply for both CA Standard and CA Advance

Are there any hidden costs?

No.

What is cloud-based system?

A cloud-based system is a secure platform that makes data and software accessible online anytime, anywhere, and from any device. With CA, all you need is an Internet connection to access it.

CA tax compliant?

Yes. CA is a Sales & Service Tax (SST) software provider.

Which CA plan is suitable for me?

  • We have 2 CA plans: Standard (without inventory) and Advance (with inventory)
  • If your business has an inventory, please choose the Advance option.

Are there any setup fees?

No

Can I access CA on my mobile device?

CA is a fully cloud based system and can be accessed from any mobile device with an Internet connection and a web browser.

Am I entitled to any software upgrades?

Yes. Being cloud-based, the software will always be updated to the latest version, which happen automatically and do not affect your data.

How Do I Get Started?

What are CA’s system requirements?

CA is compatible with Google Chrome, Microsoft Edge, Mozilla Firefox, Safari and Internet Explorer 11.

Is there a minimum subscription period?

6 months. Once subscribed, you may cancel your subscription at any time by giving us one month’s advance notice. We are, however, unable to refund the amount that was already paid. Nonetheless, you may continue to use all of CA services until your subscription ends.

How does CA provide setup assistance?

We can set up your CA online services remotely without any hassle.

Can multiple users have access to CA at the same time?

Yes, up to 3 users can use the CA software per license.

What is the format of the exported report?

It will be using Microsoft Excel and PDF.

Can I upgrade/downgrade my CA package at any time?

Yes, you may choose to change your subscription plan at any time by contacting our distributor.

How do I subscribe to CA?

Just fill in the Sales Order form.

What information do I need to provide when I sign up?

Just fill in the Prepared by Client (PBC) list.

Each license is for how many business entities?

Each license is for one entity.

Can I export reports from CA?

Yes

Can I import files into CA Analytics?

Yes, you may.

Will I get technical support?

Yes, we have a friendly and approachable technical team that you may reach out to for free of charge.

Will I receive a reminder to renew my subscription?

Yes.

Data and Security

Will my data be safe?

We ensure a high level of data security.

Can I download a copy of my data?

Yes.

Can I transfer my existing software data to CA Analytics?

  • Yes, you may do so if you are an existing user for SQL and Autocount. As for other accounting software users, we have a standard Trial Balance template that allows you to upload the figures and import them into CA Analytics.

What happens to my data if I cancel my subscription?

  • The data will be deleted within 30 days.

How do I reset my password?

At the login page, select <Forget Password>.

What is the monthly end user price per entity?

MYR70/USD16/SGD23 for CA Standard (without inventory) for 3 users.
MYR98/USD22/SGD33 for CA Advance (with inventory) for 3 users.

How much is the monthly charge for each additional user beyond 3?

MYR55/USD13/SGD18 for both CA Standard and CA Advance.

Termination of Account

Can I still access my data after I terminate my account?

No.

How do I terminate my account?

You may cancel your subscription at any time by giving us one month’s advance written notice. You will still require to pay all outstanding subscription fees up to and including the day of termination.
